Thanks for your card,all the arrangements you made were first class,plane ,hotel,airport pick up and drop off.
The ship was a bit big and therefore less personal, we were disappointed in their excursions and told them so'

If you could pass on to China Travel Services how much we appreciated the efforts of "Mary"
On meeting at the airport,on meeting at the cruise terminal and taking us to the airport she went well passed the line of duty and spared no effort in her care of us. Also as Royal Caribbean had cancelled our trip on April 30th she arranged through her company to accompany us for some sight seeing ,a meal and a visit to the Gymnast Show. She is not a guide but was very informative and is an asset to their Company.

I would like to thank you all for getting me home as soon as possible from New Zealand when my gf who is pregnant was ill, gutted I left New Zealand now that they won the series and shes well, I thank Jeremy and all the staff for going out of their way to help, everything was great apart from the first test which I watched lol
